The pool hours are 9am-10pm daily. Please adhere to the posted rules. All children must be supervised by an adult. New improvements to the pool and community areas include: new pool lights, new tile, new auto water filler, new pump, replaced shade covers by the wooden benches, new shade covering baby pool, 2 new trees in the playground area, and 6 shrubs near the neighborhood entry at Creek Bend.

Trees over sidewalks must be trimmed to a minimum of 8ft so that all community members may free pass without being obstructed. Section 42.355 municipal code
The Woods HOA would like to remind all HOA members that political signs are allowed under CCR's in the 90 days preceding an election, but to be removed following the completion of the election cycle. Commercial signs are never permitted under CCR's. The board instructed PS Properties to waive this enforcement following the hail storm as a way to deter door to door sales once a service provider had been selected. The Woods HOA Board asks that these signs now be removed. The board has given PS Properties permission to resume normal enforcement. Thank you.

The Woods HOA has fully transitioned to PS Property Management, effective October 1, 2020! You should have received an email containing a welcome letter and login information to access your homeowner portal where you can make payments, view your account balance, and submit requests. If you have not done so by now, please log in to your account at https://owner.psprop.net to make sure your information is correct. You can find instructions on how to use the portal in the attachment below, as well as a copy of the welcome letter. Our new property manager is Kyle Repka. We will continue to use TownSquare as a means of communication, but you will no longer be able to access your account information (balance, payment info, etc) through TownSquare.
