New improvements to the pool and community areas include: new pool lights, new tile, new auto water filler, new pump, replaced shade covers by the wooden benches, new shade covering baby pool, 2 new trees in the playground area, and 6 shrubs near the neighborhood entry at Creek Bend.

The 2022 Woods Annual Meeting and Election will take place virtually on Tuesday, April 5th at 7:00pm. All HOA members will receive an annual meeting notice via email and mail, which contains details about the meeting. Please visit TownSquare to view the annual meeting notice. Online voting begins on Monday, March 20th and ends on Tuesday, April 5th.
Please be advised that the HOA regular assessment will be raised from $25.35 to $26.62 per month, effective January 1, 2022. This reflects a 5% increase, as allowable by our HOA governing documents. The change will be reflected on your balance on the homeowner portal under the "My Account" tab, starting in January. If you have any questions about your payment options, please contact PS Property Management at 512-251-6122.
Due to increased acts of vandalism, the Woods pool will be closing early for the season, effective Monday, September 27th. All pool keys will become inoperable; the pool is scheduled to reopen next spring.
The vandalism, which has targeted the water fountain and bathrooms, is believed to be caused by a new "Devious Licks" TikTok trend that encourages kids to damage, steal, and deface property. If you have witnessed or have knowledge of the vandalism, please contact the Round Rock Police at their non-emergency number, 512-218-5500.

The Woods HOA Board of Directors invites members to view a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for Tuesday, August 31st at 7 PM. The Board will consider adopting legislatively mandated changes to the homeowner association’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs), as stipulated in the recently passed Texas Senate Bill 1588.

The Woods HOA Pool is currently open, starting Thursday, May 20th; the temporary hours of operation will be 7 AM to 8 PM daily due to the lights inside the pool not currently working.
The Woods HOA hosted the 2021 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 23rd and established quorum. The results from the Board of Directors election have been finalized. Congratulations to the elected board members:

Hello Woods Residents,
The Woods pool will close for the season at 10pm on Sunday, October 25th. We thank everyone who has followed the rules and guidelines to be able to keep the pool open this summer. All pool key cards will become inoperable starting October 26th. The pool is scheduled to reopen next spring. Please plan accordingly and get your last swim in soon!
The Woods HOA has fully transitioned to PS Property Management, effective October 1, 2020! You should have received an email containing a welcome letter and login information to access your homeowner portal where you can make payments, view your account balance, and submit requests. If you have not done so by now, please log in to your account at https://owner.psprop.net to make sure your information is correct. You can find instructions on how to use the portal in the attachment below, as well as a copy of the welcome letter. Our new property manager is Kyle Repka. If you have any questions, you can contact PS Property at firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-251-6122. We will continue to use TownSquare as a means of communication, but you will no longer be able to access your account information (balance, payment info, etc) through TownSquare.
The Board of Directors has voted to terminate our contract with Associa and transition to PS Property Management. Our contract with Associa will end on September 30th, and PS Management will fully take over on October 1st.
During September, we will be in a transition period, but please continue to contact Associa as you usually would; the Board and PS Management will update you with contact and transition info before and after October 1st. We thank the Property Management Search Committee members for their hard work and the members who participated in the feedback survey. The Board of Directors believes PS Management will be a good fit for our community needs.
