The Woods HOA Pool
Pool Open Date: May 1st!
The Woods pool will open for the 2024 Season ON MAY 1st, 2024
Request a Pool Key
First, download and fill out the form located on the Neighborhood Documents web page.
Then, contact the PS Property Management office by email at thewoodshoa@psprop.net or by phone 512-251-6122.
The HOA board does NOT distribute pool access cards.
You will need to bring a photo ID and proof of residency (water bill if your driver’s license does not show your Woods address) in order to obtain an access card.
You must also be an adult resident (18 years or older) in order to receive a card.
You must be current on your HOA dues.
If you owe one month or more dues, you will need to pay the outstanding balance.
There will only be one card issued per household. The first card is free. There will be a charge for replacing lost cards.
Pool Season
Depending on seasonal weather, the pool typically opens for the season in mid to late April and closes early October.
Pool Hours
Daily: 9am - 10pm
Your card key will not work outside of the posted hours.
Reserve the Pool/Park for a Party
The covered picnic tables in the park are available for reservation only. The park and/or pool will be available to your party guests, but only these tables may be reserved. Please review the rules below. A form is available in the Neighborhood Documents page to make your reservation.
A. Parties are a 2-hour maximum.
B. No “exclusive use” of the pool or playground area. Residents always have access to pool area during normal pool hours: Mon- Sun 9:00am-10:00pm
C. A two-week notice is requested.
D. A $50.00 advance deposit is required (refundable if there is no damage or litter because of the party).
E. Parties may be planned for weekdays or weekends. However, weekdays are preferred because weekends may be crowded with resident use.
F. No more than approximately ten guests.
G. Litter and debris resulting from the party must be placed in trash bags, tied, and removed from the area.
H. No propping the pool gate or bathroom doors open.
I. Woods resident must be present at all times with their guests.
